Students at Cambrian College can obtain several academic designations throughout their studies.
President's Honour Roll
At the end of each semester, full-time students who have achieved a grade point average (G.P.A.) of 4.00 are named to the President's Honour Roll and receive a letter from the College President in acknowledgement.
Part-time students who have achieved a G.P.A. of 4.00 are named to the President's Honour Roll following completion of at least half of the program requirements.
The Dean's List recognizes full-time students who have obtained a semester G.P.A. between 3.50 and 3.99 with no D or F grades. A letter from the Dean is sent in acknowledgement.
A student graduating as a Cambrian Scholar has obtained a program G.P.A. between 3.50 and 4.00. This designation is noted in the Convocation progam and on the back of the graduate's transcript.
Graduating with Honours
A student Graduating with Honours has obtained a program G.P.A between 3.00 and 3.49. This designation is noted in the Convocation program and on the back of the graduate's transcript.
